Contractor Disclosure

This Contractor Disclosure explains how Highline Connect may use independent contractors, subcontractors, third-party technicians, installers, or service providers in connection with certain services, projects, consultations, or operational support.

Last Updated: March 6th, 2026

1. General Disclosure

Highline Connect may, in certain situations, engage independent contractors, subcontractors, consultants, technicians, installers, or other third-party service providers to assist with fulfilling services, handling specialized project components, supporting operations, or serving customer needs.

Use of such providers may vary depending on project type, service area, workload, scheduling, availability, technical specialization, and other business considerations.

2. Independent Contractor Status

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, any contractor, subcontractor, or third-party service provider engaged in connection with Highline Connect services is an independent entity and is not an employee, partner, joint venturer, or agent of the customer.

Where applicable, these parties may operate under separate business structures, licenses, certifications, insurance policies, or contractual arrangements.

3. Scope of Work

Contractors or third-party providers may be used for portions of a project that include, without limitation, installation work, field services, technical support, consultations, inspections, repair work, onboarding, customer follow-up, administrative support, or other project-related services.

The specific scope of any work performed will depend on the service requested, the terms of any applicable estimate or agreement, and the operational structure used for the project.

4. Third-Party Providers

Highline Connect may also use third-party software providers, communication platforms, hosting providers, scheduling systems, payment processors, CRM tools, or other vendors to support its business and customer interactions.

These providers may process limited information as necessary to perform their functions. Use of such providers may also be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and service conditions.

5. Licensing & Insurance

Where services require licensing, certification, insurance, or other professional qualifications, Highline Connect may seek to work with providers believed to be appropriately qualified for the services involved.

However, customers are encouraged to request and independently confirm any specific licensing, bonding, insurance, or credentialing information that may be relevant to a particular project or jurisdiction.

6. Customer Communications

By contacting Highline Connect or requesting services, you acknowledge that communications relating to your inquiry, quote, scheduling, service coordination, or project fulfillment may be handled by Highline Connect personnel and/or appropriate independent contractors or third-party providers involved in the work.

Such communications may occur by phone, email, text message, or other reasonable business channels, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences.

7. Payments & Billing

Unless otherwise stated in writing, billing, payment collection, invoicing, and customer account coordination may be handled directly by Highline Connect and/or, in some cases, by an authorized service provider or project partner, depending on the structure of the engagement.

Any payment terms, refund terms, scope limitations, or project-specific obligations should be reviewed in the applicable proposal, invoice, estimate, or service agreement.

8. Responsibility & Liability

Highline Connect makes reasonable efforts to coordinate services and work with appropriate providers, but specific responsibilities, warranties, guarantees, and liability limitations may be governed by separate written agreements, project terms, estimates, or contractor-specific documentation.

Nothing on this page creates a separate warranty, guarantee, employment relationship, partnership, or assumption of obligations beyond what is expressly agreed to in writing.

9. Changes to this Disclosure

Highline Connect may update this Contractor Disclosure from time to time to reflect changes in operations, services, business structure, or legal requirements. Any revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date or last updated date.
